1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 3 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Items must be in resellable condition (no stains, perfumes, damages, or alterations).

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
🛑 Non-returnable items:
Sale or discounted items (final sale).
Accessories, innerwear, or customized pieces.
Items returned after the 3-day window.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please login to your account in our website, then go to orders, and then click refund on the order you wish to be returned. All refund & returns requests are subject to Jakh Style management’s approval.
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid any lost parcels.

Jakh Style is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

If your refund is late, please first check with your bank or credit card provider as processing times may vary.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at care@jakh.ae within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos and a description of the issue. We will prioritize replacements or full refunds for such cases.
